Lies De Boeck is a visiting Undergraduate Research Trainee in biomedical laboratory science from the Erasmus University College Brussels in Belgium. She has received her Certificate of laboratory animal science. Her ambition in the field of science is fueled by unexpected results and new discoveries. She envisions that her training in biomedical laboratory science will take her along a pharmaceutical path. In the Bowie lab, Lies studies the vascular system in Fragile X mice.
