19 year old girl with previous history of (L) inferior oblique anterior transposition for DVD. Complaining of droopy (L) upper lid and lower (L) eye.

#1 Exploration (L) Inferior oblique + excise adhesions + dysinsertion-myectomy

#2 (R) Superior rectus recession 5 mm
