History
This 28 year old girl was injured with a sharp object which penetrated the inferior fornix of the orbit between the lower lid and the globe.

Exploration of (R) inferior rectus – found unattached to globe 15 mm from the inferior limbus
Advanced and reattached to sclera 7 mm from limbus
