History

56 year old man who developed a subdural hematoma after a fall. Neurosurgical intervention was necessary. Subsequent to these events, he was unable to open his eyes. When the lids were elevated, vision was double. The patient had Bimedial recessions for childhood-onset esotropia.

Surgery

OR #1: (R) medial rectus advance 6 mm and resect 3 mm; (R) lateral rectus recess 10 mm

OR #2: (L) medial rectus advance 6 mm and resect 4 mm; (L) lateral rectus recess 12 mm
