I completed my BSc in Biomedical Toxicology at the
University of Guelph in December 2018. During my
undergrad I held coop positions at Mirexus
Biotechnologies and went on to work full time following
my graduation. There I researched the use of
phytoglycogen nanoparticles in a diverse array of
applications including cosmetics, skin biology,
antimicrobials, cancer targeting, and immune modulation.
As of Fall 2020 I am joining the Hébert lab as a
Master's student on a project aiming to improve
precision medicine by characterizing patient dilated
cardiomyopathies using an inducible pluripotent stem
cell model.
