Sapphire obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Applied Psychology at Boston College, and went straight to earn her Master's Degree at Harvard. After these two accounts of experiences, she was hired as a full-time clinical research assistant at Harvard Medical School affiliated hospital, and then a research associate back in China during the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. In September 2022, after taking a two-year gap, Sapphire joined McGill University as a PhD student in the IPN Rotation Program and is currently working in the Bowie lab. Her research interest is to leverage multimodal approaches to study how our brains work or go awry at multiple scales.
