M.D., C.M. DEGREE VERIFICATION:

There is a $40 fee per education verification request. Please allow a 4 week processing period starting from the date both online payment and required documents have been received. Cheques are no longer accepted.

IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS:

All payments MUST be accompanied by:

1) A signed "Authorization to Release Information" form.  This form is not provided by McGill University but must be obtained from the Board, Institution  or agency requesting credential verification.  If the Board, Institution, or agency does not provide such a form, the physician must submit a letter attesting that McGill University is authorized to release the requested information directly to the Board, Institution, or agency.

Transcripts requests, diplomas certification and translation are NOT a service of the credentialing office.

OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS:

All requests for official transcripts must be made in writing through the Enrollment Services Office(Service Point). Transcripts can be requested on-line through Minerva:  http://www.mcgill.ca/students/records/transcripts/

DIPLOMA CERTIFICATION/TRANSLATION:

All M.D., C.M. diploma certification and translation requests are processed by the Enrollment Services Office (Service Point).
