Case 46: A
17 y.o. male was seen at Wenatchee Valley Clinic (Wenatchee, WA) for an asymptomatric 2-3
cm subcutaneous anterior chest wall nodule that of two weeks duration. Born near Acapulco,
Mexico he had moved 5 years earlier to North Central Washington. In good health, he liked
to swim in Lake Chelan, a mountain lake, and occasionally the Columbia River. His family
had dogs when they lived in Mexico. He liked seafood. He had not traveled out of North
America. The histology is shown here. What is the diagnosis?
