Access

Access to the MRES is available 24/7!  Please ensure that your internet browser version is any one of the following or higher: Internet Explorer 6,

Firefox 2. For Macs: Firefox 2, or Safari 2 and higher. You will also need to enable pop-ups.

How do you know when you need to complete an evaluation online? Email notifications are sent by the system which are triggered by the resident's

home program Administrator.

Forgot your username or password?

The "forgot password" link is always available on the sign in page, so your username and password can ALWAYS be retrieved from here if you forget it.  Please remember to save the link above in your favorites so that you can access it quickly and easily.

INSTRUCTIONS: Go to the main MRES log in page: https://one45stage.is.mcgill.ca/app/  Leave both username and password fields blank and click on “forgot password” – and enter your email address. The email address you enter here MUST MATCH the address which is already in your one45 account.  After you enter the address and click on submit, your username AND password will be sent to you by email.  Once you log in with the temporary password provided, you will be asked to change your password to something you can easily remember.

Coming soon, all faculty and residents will be required to log into the MRES with their McGill Username and password.  If you are unsure what your username and password is, you can obtain your McGill Username and password via your Minerva account http://www.mcgill.ca/minerva-faculty-staff/ under Personal Menu > then select Password for McGill Username.
