EOG tests > Reading

Here the subject will read a sample text and observe the resulting EOG.

Procedure
The sweep duration is set to 10 seconds, and the subject is told to sit 12 inches from the computer monitor. The "reading" option is chosen, and the subject reads the paragraph which appears.

Results: Reading

Comments: The small steps correspond to saccadic eye movements made as the subject reads from word to word. The quick drops correspond to larger saccadic movements as the subject's eyes move from one line to the next.
