Head & Neck

At McGill University, the Adult Head and Neck Oncology service is situated at the Royal Victoria Hospital, Montreal General Hospital and Jewish General Hospital sites.  The clinical service consists of a qualified multidisciplinary team including tumor boards to process all new patients and difficult management cases.  It has the modern resources available to offer the highest standard of North American type clinical care.

The academic program is based at the Jewish General Hospital.  It trains medical students, residents and fellows, carries out clinical trials and has a basic research component.  This program has received both national and international recognition for its excellence and is considered the leading head and neck cancer unit in Quebec and one of the more prominent head and neck cancer units in North America.
