Teleconferencing

The teleconferencing system is very easy to use, nevertheless, it is encouraged that you test it 10 minutes prior to your scheduled call.  The system is available 24/7 without pre-booking or reservation.  It is a dedicated line which the table d'oncologie can use at all times.

Please note, you must inform Winie Celestin at 514-398-5984 or by e-mail at ruis.oncolgy@mcgill.ca of all calls for reconcilliation purposes.  All charges will go to the RUIS table d'oncologie.
 

Instructions for using the Bell Teleconferencing System

1. Advise your participants of the call date and time.

2. Distribute the dial-in number and conference ID number to your participants.

3. At the allocated time; call the dial-in number and follow the system prompts

• Participants must enter the conference ID number followed by the pound sign (#) and wait until the moderator dials into the system and initializes the phone call.
• The moderator must enter the conference ID number followed by the pound sign (#) and enter the PIN number followed by the pound sign (#).
• Once the moderator signs into the call, everyone will be able to communicate with each other.
