Projects for Thesis
Supervision:
1. Genomics and breast and colon cancer:
Mapping genomic amplifications and deletions to identify novel oncogenes
and tumor suppressors, as targets for therapy and diagnostic markers.
2. Mechanisms of resistance to anti-growth
factor therapy (Herceptin and Erbitux).
3. Tumor-stromal cell interaction - identifying
molecular interactions between tumor cells and carcinoma-associated
fibroblasts.
