What events are these?
These events have occurred throughout history,
but this particular time-pattern, which is shared to various extents
by
many developed countries, has only become this prominent in the last few decades.
No, it is not the numbers of Americans logging in to Facebook or other social media!
We would expect some diminution in the 'traffic' after midnight, but these events
seem to be a 24/7 phenomenon.
Unlike most daily activities, they never let up!
