The goal of our laboratory is to perform basic and clinical research in order to educate the public and the medical community about hearing research.

In fact, what we want is to improve and to bring something new to research in the auditory field.  Our research is multi-faceted;  we work in developing new prostheses, we try to better understand the functioning of the mechanics of the middle ear,  we look at improving surgical techniques, and we study ototoxicity and ways to prevent it.
