Projects for Thesis
Supervision:
1. Developing a conditional
mlh1-loxp knock-out mouse to study hereditary non-polyposis colorectal
cancer (HNPCC) to use as a platform for novel therapeutics.
2. Utilizing genetic, molecular
biology, mass spectrometry, and systems biology approaches to identify
Androgen Receptor (AR) protein interactors to elucidate novel functional
pathways involved in prostate cancer development.
3. Correlating thyroglobulin
gene variants in patients with recurrent papillary thyroid cancer.
