1. Examine the regulation of actin-microtubule
interactions during cytokinesis.
2. Investigate the role of global changes in
cellular tension in mediating signal transduction events for basic
biological motility mechanisms.
3. Investigate properties of single cell wound
healing in somatic cells (muscle & neurons).
