Projects for Thesis
Supervision:
1. Nucleocytoplasmic shuttling of the STAT-6
transcription factor and regulation of gene expression.
2. Regulation of STAT-6 activity and allergic
airways disease by cell penetrating peptides targeting the STAT-6 SH2
domain.
3. Delivery of cytokines by gene modified T
cells as a tool to study airway inflammation and remodeling in
experimental asthma.
